1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply exclusively to all orders via our online shop. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if we confirm them in writing.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract
By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the order process. The contract is concluded by clicking on the order button to accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive another confirmation by email. The purchase contract has already been concluded by clicking on the order button.

3. Contract language, contract text storage
The languages ​​available for the conclusion of the contract are German and English. The contract text is not stored by us.

4. Terms of delivery
In addition to the specified product prices, shipping costs may be added. You can find out more about the shipping costs from the offers. Dates and delivery times in the order confirmation are non-binding, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. 

5. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

 6. Transport damage

Complaints regarding damage, delay, loss or poor packaging must be reported to us immediately after receipt of the goods.

8. Liability
OliveTree & Co. GmbH's liability is waived to the extent permitted by law.

9. Data protection
The data protection declaration is an integral part of these terms and conditions. By accepting these terms and conditions you also agree to the privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law is exclusively applicable to the legal relationship between you and us (to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, April 11, 1980 (CISG)). The place of jurisdiction is Ebmatingen ZH
